1. Provision of Corporate Governance Training to Cooperatives in Lawley (100 members) and Benoni (20 members). This was a project of the Small Enterprise Development Agency and was undertaken in partnership with Diale Attorneys Incorporated (Benoni).
2. Provision of Transactional Advisory Services to Lukwena Mining and Projects (Pty) Ltd in the pursuit of a partnership agreement with Renlyn Group for mining and mining related services.
3. Provision of Transactional Advisory Services to Beryl Holdings in the pursuit of an agency agreement with Zambli Construction for recovery of monies owed to the latter.
4. Provision of Transactional Advisory Services to Beryl Holdings in the creation of Beryl Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd.
5. Provision of Transactional Advisory Services to Stephup Construction (Pty) Ltd for various transactions.
6. Provision of Commercial Advise and Opinion to clients for and on behalf of various law firms, to wit, Diale Attorneys, Mpoyana Ledwaba Attorneys, Medupi Lehong Attorneys
7. Due Diligence for the Technology Innovation Agency in the pursuit of a multi-million rand investment into Triangle Venture Capital, Germany
8. Provision of POPI Training to Public Investment Commission in partnership with Zinjiva Information Brokers CC
